ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interface with Wafer Design team in US to understand design changes to BE impact.
• Project management in order to prepare new process for new wafer design.
• Lead the discussion and decision on new technology introduction with WF/BE team.
• New technology readiness review for new Wafer design.
• Electrical performance data analysis.
• Component data qualification.
• Process Data and Failure Analysis.

REQUIRED:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Electronics, Engineering or Physical Sciences, Physics, or related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience as a Process Engineer in the Electronics Industry.
• Having experience in Wafer Fab, Slider Fab Process or Hard Drive Technology would be an advantage.

PREFERRED:

• Project management
• Data analysis

SKILLS:

• Project management.
• SQL or Python in advantage.
• Negotiation skill.
• Able to work independently and stand-alone, strong leadership, and good team player
• Passion and innovative
• Demonstrate a high-to-fluent level of English proficiency (spoken/reading/written).
