In this role, you will:
- Originate transactions through third party channels including banks and financial institutions for growth opportunities
- Manage and grow existing business relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
- Oversee growth opportunities and business relationships
- Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
- Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Equipment Finance Sales Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Credit experience including analytical skills and the ability to analyze financial metrics and trends
- Experience within the bank capital markets arena and third-party origination
- Knowledge and understanding of lease and loan products, credit underwriting, and documentation processes
- Pricing expertise required for loan and lease products
- Experience resolving and working through escalated and complex customer issues
- Customer service focus with the ability to balance needs of third-party sources, shareholders, and team members
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
- Strong Microsoft Office and Salesforce skills
Job Expectations:
- Up to 15% Travel

Pay Range
$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
