As a Senior Advanced Systems Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in designing and developing advanced systems and solutions. Your expertise in systems engineering and technical guidance will be instrumental in shaping the future of technology and industry solutions. You will report directly to our Systems Engineering Manager and you will work out of our Minnesota location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by:
- Guiding the design and development of advanced systems, including hardware, software, and network component
- Ensuring that the system design aligns with Honeywell's quality standards and industry best practices
- Providing technical guidance in identifying and resolving system issues, minimizing downtime, and ensuring systems remain operational
- Identifying opportunities for process and system improvements, implementing enhancements, and contributing to the optimization of operations

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- 6+ years of experience in systems engineering and engineering management
- Mastery of knowledge in systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting with a thorough insight into multiple workstreams
