Minimum Qualifications:
Strategic Product Leadership
Own the product strategy for regulatoryenablement—translatingcomplex legal and policy requirements into scalable solutions.
Make data-informed trade-offs between compliance, user friction, and business risk.
Build Scalable, Global Systems
Design modular, reusable systems to meet compliance needs across regions.
Partner with engineering and architecture to build maintainable, flexible platforms.
Cross-functional Influence & Negotiation
Align diverse teams—legal, policy, finance, marketing, peer product groups—on shared outcomes.
Influence senior legal and policy stakeholders toward practical, user- and business-centric decisions.
Execution Excellence
Lead delivery in partnership with engineering, design, analytics, and data science
Manage operating rhythms to ensure progress, visibility, and accountability.
Forward-looking Regulatory Planning
Anticipate regulatory change; keep stakeholders and execs informed to avoid surprises.
Measurement & Optimization
Define success metrics for adoption, readiness, and impact.
Track outcomes and adjust strategies based on performance and feedback.
What We’re Looking For
Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
Strong communicator with experience influencing senior legal/policy stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in fintech, e-commerce, compliance, or regulated domains.
Experience building platform/backend systems.
Exposure to global markets and working with local partners.
Track record of mentorship and product leadership by influence.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $169,500 to $291,500
