In this role, you will work closely with executives from our Global Banking, Markets, Research, Securities Services and Payments business lines to develop and execute marketing plans. You will analyze industry trends and competitor activities to recommend strategies that enhance our market presence. Job Responsibilities:

  • Produce in-depth articles ad reports for internal and external distribution
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns in collaboration with business stakeholders, product marketers and communications leads
  • Write compelling copy for a wide range of client segments that include a C-suite audience of asset managers, institutional investors, treasurers, etc.
  • Reduce dense research reports and white papers into digital-friendly formats
  • Analyze and report on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Recommend digital-first marketing strategies to support business objectives
  • Create compelling content for digital platforms, including articles, web copy, and social media
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver content aligned with brand strategy
  • Edit and proofread content for consistency in tone and voice
  • Conduct research to write timely, relevant articles
  • Ensure business, legal and compliance clearance for all pieces of content

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in editing, proofreading, and feature article writing
  • Experience in the banking industry is essential
  • Proven experience as a writer or reporter
  • Expertise in SEO best practices
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Superior writing skills in English with flawless grammar and accuracy
  • Excellent presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience with content management tools (e.g., Contently)
  • Experience conducting keyword research using SEO tools (e.g., BrightEdge, Google Keyword Planner)
  • Proven track record of producing both short and long-form content
  • Experience synthesizing and translation data sources, charts and infographics
  • Ability to adapt tone and voice for various channels, including social media and web
