Wealth Technology Book of Work reporting and Intake lead
The primary purpose of this role is to support governance and facilitation of end to endPlaying a role of single point of contact for business partner and investment requests sponsors for BoW Intake/Demand queries. Role requires end to end deep understanding of BoW complexity considering annual planning, intake, demand, financial and capacity management aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, maintain all BoW reports and data analysis for CGW technology and business partners
- Being the single point of contact for business on any BoW Intake/Demand queries
- Manage communication and reporting across Business/Tech SMT/Tech Planning
- Provides regular reports and updates to management, ensures alignment of conflicting program priorities to common goals.
- Reporting backlog, backlog management with business to find funds & resolve
- Provide overall support across Demand/Intake workstreams including BoW Planning, investment request budget management, backlog management, BoW execution
- Drive holistic and consistent view of the Book of Work across CGW products and regions
- Facilitate execution strategy and determine timelines in close partnership with CGW Finance to deliver Book of Work with Annual Plan and Outlook/MYF updates
- Drive partnership with stakeholders across the Business, Technology, Global Functions, Regions and Finance, delivering a holistic and cohesive view
- When there is more demand than capacity this individual works with Technology and the business to review the different trade-offs to determine which projects move ahead and which get canceled. Facilitates the conversations, makes sure we have the right data and makes the trade-off recommendations based on the data.
- Works with the Technology managers to understand their technology capacity
- Develops relationships across all business and functions partners.
- Influences and negotiates with senior leaders (across functions)
Knowledge/Experience:
- Experience with annual budgeting process, demand management and negotiating across multiple parties.
- Experience in project / program delivery.
- Experience interacting with senior management on a regular basis.
- Track record of driving cooperation in multi-country environment.
- Experience in financial area and Citi Project Tracking System(PTS) would be an advantage.
Qualification & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in a technology planning or program management role.
- Subject matter expert in one or more areas of technology planning.
- Consistently detail-oriented and well organized
- Goal-oriented, and able to multi-task, having prioritization capabilities and manage to deadlines
- Collaborating and influencing business stakeholders: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization.
- Communicating complex topics: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, including horizontal and vertical logic and executive presentations.
- Adaptable: Strong work-ethic, innovative and adaptable with positive attitude and willingness / ability to pick up work quickly when and where needed

- Takes ownership and accountability for assigned work.
- Being experienced in PowerPoint and Excel.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
