Job responsibilities
- Coordinate operational requirements and forecasting processes for the business.
- Develop, consolidate, and present insightful qualitative and quantitative analysis related to Regulatory Compliance, including budget and forecast variances.
- Serve as a liaison to lines of business, corporate function teams, and other support teams to provide impactful reporting and analyses.
- Produce presentations, analysis, and supporting materials for key internal clients, including senior management; participate in ad-hoc special projects as needed.
- Conduct deep dive analyses on key issues impacting clients to determine root causes and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with partners across corporate functions, lines of business, vendors, and Philippine Regulators to ensure timely and effective delivery of initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- More than five years of relevant work experience in a BPO setup.
- Proven experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Reporting Specialist, Data Analyst, or Process Improvement Specialist.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Alteryx, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Experience with diverse tools and platforms, including ServiceNow (SNOW), cloud computing services, and procurement solutions like Ariba.
- Knowledgeable in business process reviews, improvements, controls testing, implementation, and quality audits.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with programming languages and testing tools, with a focus on User Acceptance Testing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with project management and stakeholder management.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements of Philippine Regulators.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and data warehousing.
