Our team is looking for a highly motivated Technical Program Manager who will raise the security bar by collaborating with engineering teams across Amazon Security to deliver industry-best security services. You should be somebody who enjoys inventing and simplifying around complex security challenges, obsesses over the customer experience, and feels strongly about delivering results. You should be passionate about solving security hurdles in innovative ways. About the team
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in technical product or program management
- Experience in software development
- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working directly with engineering teams
- Experience with IAM, security services
- Experience in software architecture and systems design
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to scale the business and provide reporting to senior leadership
- Strong sense of ownership, including an ability to promote operational excellence.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
