Key job responsibilities
- Lead all stages of the design process, delivering 2D sketches, CMF specifications, technical graphics, advanced 3D models with class-A surfacing, prototypes, and photo-realistic renderings for presentations.- Work closely with engineers and suppliers to develop designs that balance craftsmanship, cost, and engineering feasibility.
- Support DFM & DFA processes and create rapid prototypes to validate functional and aesthetic aspects.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Design or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial design, preferably in consumer electronics or related industries.
- Exceptional 2D visualization skills (sketching, storyboarding, digital rendering).
- - Advanced 3D CAD modeling skills with experience in developing technically viable and compelling designs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for effective collaboration with design, engineering, and product teams.
- A portfolio showcasing a user-centric design process, with successful products taken from concept to production.
- Deep understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, DFM, and DFA to ensure efficient production.

- Proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships while delivering high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
- Strong prototyping skills, from quick foam models to functional validation prototypes.
- Experience collaborating with engineering and product marketing teams for successful product launches.
- Previous experience in consumer electronics design and/or camera device design is a plus.
