Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of c.20 compliance delivery operators, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and perform at their best.

  • Oversee the daily operations to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize performance, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and operational success.

  • Ensure high levels of service quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (construction, retail, FM, governance to achieve business objectives and meet company goals.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and lead the implementation of best practices.

  • Foster a positive team culture, ensuring clear communication, trust, and high morale.

  • Report operational progress to senior leadership, providing regular updates on team performance and key initiatives.

  • Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and staff workload to optimize team efficiency.

  • Handle conflict resolution, addressing team concerns, and ensuring that operational disruptions are minimized.

Experience

  • Proven experience 10+ years in operations management or similar roles, with at least 3 years of team management experience.

  • Accounting background preferrable

  • Knowledgeable in end-to-end P2P Purchase Order to Payment processes

  • Proficient in the use of office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Experience working in cross-cultural global teams is an advantage

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Experience in process improvement and project management.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other operations management software.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to track and measure performance.

  • Excellent English written & verbal communication skills

  • Effective time management, documentation, and organizational skills

  • Action-oriented, logical with strong interpersonal skills

  • Analytical and organized, with attention to detail

  • Flexible and team-oriented, willing to learn and share experience with team members

  • Has a strong sense of urgency

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
