What you’ll be doing:
Handling customer complaints and performing failure analysis on CPU and automotive chip products
Determining containment actions and providing message to customers on various quality issues
Working with cross-functional teams to drive for root cause and corrective actions to resolve the complaints from the customers
Summarizing findings from analysis and driving quality improvements
Participating in the meetings for material dispositions and change requests
Collecting updates from internal teams and suppliers to generate an internal or customer-facing 8D report
Utilizing data analysis tools for compiling ad-hoc or regular reports on product quality
Providing technical support for on-site verification activities and responding to technical questions from the customers on verification equipment setup
What we need to see:
B.Eng. degree or above (Electronics / Computer Engineering related) or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in Application / Test field
Familiar with CPU architecture and technology and automotive infotainment system technology
Experienced in chip level failure analysis and debug
Background with using Advantest V93000 Tester
Familiar with system level test
Experienced in test equipment bring up
Verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
Excellent problem solving skills
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Knowledge of Board FA is a plus
Good Knowledge of GPU/CPU product infrastructure and test methodology
Strong technical/debug skills in test equipment and test program troubleshooting
