- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical, mission-critical field.
- 10 years of experience in technical management, including operational support, and experience managing geographically distributed teams.
- Experience managing a team of 50 or more technical resources.
- Experience in leadership and planning.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing managers.
- Experience managing a large organization of distributed teams larger than 100 individuals.
- Track record of top performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of scope and responsibility over time.
