Your role:

  • Work with sales and data analytics team members to enhance indirect channel product sales tracings process by creating enhanced filtering logic to extract needed information.
  • Work with sales and marketing to create Power Point training presentation on contract requirements and expectations around indirect channel tracings process.
  • Train sales force and indirect channel partners on newly created tracings requirements and expectations.
  • Identify, merge, and mine indirect channel tracing data to create target lists of opportunities for sales team.
  • Identify, merge, and mine direct sales data to create target lists of opportunities for sales team.
  • Work with internal leaders from sales, marketing, regulatory, contracts management to update and enhance contract language as well as processes and communication tools to maintain compliance with contracts.
  • Work with contracts management team and sales analytics on contract management to assure back end processes within Philips assures compliance to contract requirements.
  • Use of Microsoft (Outlook and TEAMS) as well as Excel required.
  • Working directly with sales, marketing, and other business leaders required.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Ability to lead calls with existing internal and external customers required.

  • You are pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, business analytics, marketing, international business, entrepreneurship or similar
  • Great organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fast typing speed of approximately 45-80 words per minute
  • Ability to prioritize and an eye for detail
  • Good computer and technical skills as required. Knowledge of Outlook, Power Point, and Excel required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to present in front of large groups of 10 – 20 people
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Work on laptop computer.

The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
