Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working in highly fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
Understanding of GCS Sales programs (structure, incentives, tools, etc.).
Track record of managing stakeholders at executive levels with clear written and verbal communication skills.
Proven thought leader who is able to ideate and generate recommendations that drive tangible business impact.
