Key Responsibilities
Estimation generation/validation for engineering manhours for design & programming, change management, risk management, quality management (corrective/preventive actions). Effective development and utilization of the engineering team to maximize productivity through Re Engineering of existing process if required, development of tools, standardization of libraries, templates and guidelines.
Taking ownership of, managing and obtaining approvals for all change requests, particularly regarding scope and budget
