Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory.
Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Hebrew with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA degree.
Experience in structuring and implementing initiatives with the sales teams.
Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
Ability to work across various functions and deliver results.
Excellent problem-solving and people management skills.
