The analyst will gather and publish financial information related to historical, current, and future performance for management reporting. The analyst will also perform financial analysis and bring forward recommendations utilizing appropriate financial concepts and techniques.


Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Business Partnering - Collaborate with the multi-functional business and franchise leaders to help manage and grow the Endoscopy business.
  • Pro-actively highlight risks & opportunities for the business.
  • Actively participate in and understand key decision-making processes of multi-functional business partners, including financial and broader business impacts.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to influence decision making.
  • Financial Reporting & Forecasting - Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast and month-end close processes to produce accurate, complete, and timely reporting for the U.S. Sales and Selling organization.
  • Lead revenue and standard margin planning and reporting for the U.S. Endoscopy business. This includes a strong understanding of pricing trends, regional nuances, and new product launch strategy.
  • Prepare regional and worldwide revenue, pricing, and margin reporting and analytics on at least a monthly basis.
  • Facilitate detailed financial forecasts and strategic plans through partnership with Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams to incorporate historic, trended and current business information.
  • Present forecasts and other ad hoc information to a variety of audiences, including finance and non-finance business partners.
  • Assist with budget forecasting and actual reporting for the U.S. Selling team
  • Utilize data to identify risks and opportunities to the business revenue forecast and through financial analysis, recommend alternatives courses of action by utilizing appropriate financial tools.
  • Partner with revenue accountant on appropriate forecasting on revenue tied to capital programs; assist in month end close as needed to ensure proper accounting.
  • Assess new tools and technologies to automate/streamline reporting and forecasting.
  • Lead ad hoc projects to improve forecast accuracy or support other topics of importance to the division or corporate.
  • Support Franchise leadership teams with monthly/quarterly financial analysis.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. MBA or Advanced degree a plus
  • 5+ years of financial analysis and related experience.
  • Proven track record of business partnering and collaborating closely with senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and proactively address business risks and/or opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging within a multi-functional organization.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent technical skills (modelling, Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion, SAP etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
