This position supports the clients positive experience by high quality level of support for tax reporting. The person will act as a tax data quality analyst to support Wealth and is expected to constantly enhance its product and transactions particularities knowledge in order to anticipate and address clients’ needs.

This role will report into the Tax Data Quality Manager Lead based in Warsaw and will be expected to investigate exception events, understand the nature of the event, and perform system inputs to enable a robust dataset from which high-quality reporting can be derived.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for investigation, review and reconciliation of financial transactions in order to prepare proper financial data for tax reporting purposes.

  • Investigate and resolve Tax Data Quality discrepancies;

  • Prepare finance excel calculations;

  • Ensuring high quality of service delivered to the clients;

  • Manage and escalate any potential issues;

  • Supporting co-workers in solving problems and assuring continuity of provided service;

  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve complex financial data integrity issues;

  • Ensuring all issues / potential issues that could have negative impact on the performance and image of the department are escalated appropriately and in a timely manner;

  • The role involves working in close partnership with Operations, Technology, and the business.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years within financial institution;

  • Understanding of the nature of work within banking operations;

  • Good knowledge of financial instruments'

  • Analytical background in the financial services industry with some operational experience;

  • Effective Time management - ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines when working under pressure;

  • Detail-orientated with good organizational skills;

  • Client focused individual with strong communication skills;

  • Ability to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook;

  • Fluent English;

  • Minimum Bachelor’s/Universitydegree or equivalent experience;

  • Certificate in banking or finance would be an advantage.
