Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects with emphasis on technical infrastructure systems
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects, including system upgrades, tool administration, and network/security implementations.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirementsfor this role. These requirementsinclude butare not limited to the following specialized security screenings

• • requiredto pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• Solid leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Experience with large-scale high performance software systems and understanding of software architecture and design.

• Works closely with teams and senior leadership to ensure projects and goals align with business strategy and operational goals. Establish clarity as to why the projects are being funded, what metrics it willimpactand what success looks like. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into detailed technical execution plans.
• Creates trusted partnerships with various teams and stakeholders to align goals and plans. Acts as a liaison between different teams to independentlyfacilitatecommunication, ensure seamless integration, resolve conflicts, and drive strategic alignment.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, ensuring that technical challenges and potential blockers are addressed early. Track and resolve issues that arise during project execution,facilitatingcross-functional solutions when necessary.
• Partners with architects and engineering counterparts to deeply understand the technical solution and various team dependencies. Ensures solutions are secure and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Provides consistent and clear written and verbal communicator, keeping teams, partners and stakeholders informed,involvedand energized about our work and deliveries. Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Is passionate about learning aboutnew technologiesand has experience in designing and delivering solutions using modern software engineering practices and cloud technologies.
