WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You’ll be working with the Product Management Team and a cross-functional team (Merchandising, Design and Technical Design) on the Headwear creation process from brief to final product approval. You will ensure the Product Team hits all Game Plan Dates by helping to prepare for meetings (sample set-up, document preparation, managing pre-read documents, recapping meetings, etc.). Clear and accurate communication and data management is critical for this role, including owning communicating changes to the triad and key partners. You will be responsible for sample organization and tracking.
As our PLM II, you will be the voice of the consumer, keeping a pulse on relevant trends with an emphasis on sport and streetwear culture through the lens of Headwear.
You will manage the product creation workflow through data management and effective collaboration across cross-functional triad partners. You will be delivering on key dates and holding yourself accountable to be a great teammate. Data accuracy in key documents is critical: Visual Line Plans, Sales Tools, Miro Boards, Change Logs.
In addition, you will learn how to analyze various business metrics to help you plan and manage the line with your Product Management team. You will work with the category information analyst to confirm the accuracy of the information in the MMX system (i.e., FOB, landed costs, targeted wholesale prices, forecasted units). You will help manage the three-year line plan.
