Center Delivery Lead - Assistant Manager – Workplace Enablement Services

: The Center Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of services to stakeholders by managing vendor relationships, team performance, compliance with organizational policies, and stakeholder satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to process improvement, emergency management, and employee engagement, with a strong focus on maintaining budget discipline and operational efficiency.

Primary responsibilities of a Service Delivery Manager

  • Maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Identify customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the WES context
  • Provide a service plan to stakeholders that manage and aggregate all WES services.
  • Lead the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Assess customer feedback and using their expertise to establish, improve, and refine services.
  • Build partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company’s services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
  • Monitor of operational costs & review expenditure reports to ensure expense well within agreed plan.
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities & implementing cost-saving measures
  • Maintain service quality without compromising service standards and employee experience.
  • Ensure necessary emergency policies are implemented and followed during BCP

Technical skills, required.

  • Good computer skills and the ability to use business support software.
  • Expert knowledge of Facilities Management, Transportation, Physical & Electronic security, Guest Relations & Hospitality, Space allocation and utilisation disciplines
  • Managing budget and expenses
  • Ability to manage conflict and resolutions
  • Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
  • Resource planning skills
  • Experience of managing 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

  • College graduate in Engineering/ Management/ Facilities Management or other relevant fields
  • At least 6-8 years of experience overall domain experience and minimum 5 years’ experience in leading similar role.
  • Possess moderate verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization
