Job Description

leading MES authors tomanufacturing batch records across our global manufacturing network within Animal Health and Packaging. You will collaborate internationally to deliver services and solutions that drive productivity and innovation, working at both tactical and strategic levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • leadto ensure delivery, maintenance, change execution, and optimization of electronic manufacturing batch records.

  • Develop and execute a maintenance plan to ensure continuous process improvement and align change execution windows with business requirements.

  • Manage a regional team, including performance and career management, along with third-party contractors and vendors. Collaborate closely with the MES Product team to execute a multi-year, multi-site strategic roadmap for MES.

  • Work with sites and disciplines to ensure production process understanding across major products and drive implementation standards and delivery roadmap.

  • Collaborate with System Integration partners, manage vendor relationships, and enable fit-for-purpose MES data integration strategies.

  • Facilitate MES – SAP integration and drive advancements.

  • Establish MES Subject Matter Expert networks across the region.

Position Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (Prefer Bachelor of Science).

  • Experience: 5+ years of MES working experience in manufacturing life sciences, technical depth withWerum/Koerber

  • xperience managing peopleis essential

  • Strong understanding of operational technologies in life science manufacturing specifically the business use cases and value drivers for process execution solutions

  • Project management experience and working collaboratively with cross functional teams

  • Must be able to travel, 25% requirement

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
