As a
Orlando, FL, you’ll have the opportunity to order, schedule, set-up, and maintain all materials and equipment needed on site. You’ll contribute to the success of our program with efficient problem solving and effective solutions to challenges that may arise. You’ll assist in all move activities including assistance to the Facility Maintenance Services technicians with inspections; ensure all access, resources; skills, materials, and tools available prior to scheduling job to ensure limited down time and increase productivity; comply with all established safety rules, company policies, and procedures; and assist in maintaining clean, orderly and hazard-free work areas. You’ll also maintain the site computerized work management system and work status accuracy including time recording and log entries; and perform other duties as required. Most importantly, you’ll take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of you and your team.

Here's what you'll need
  • US Citizenship
  • One year of related experience or technical training in facility maintenance
  • Knowledge of computer equipment
  • A valid driver’s license with no major infractions

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

The physical and environmental demands required to perform the essential duties of this position include standing, walking, sitting, coordination, balance and agility demands, which may include the ability to stoop, kneel, squat, grasp, reach, perform repetitive hand movements. Additional demands may involve a specific level of dexterity, grip strength, climbing and cardiorespiratory demands. The work areas may be indoor, outdoor, have loud noise, active machinery, high pressure fluid systems, electrical equipment, confined spaces, heights and depths, fumes, air borne particles, noxious gases, and chemicals. The use of appropriate safety equipment will be mandatory in these areas to prevent hazardous contact.
