Services Solution Manager

Within the Nokia Mobile Networks APAC Technology & Solutions Center of Excellence, we are looking for a Services Solution Manager covering Deployment, Network Planning and Optimization (NPO), Care and Managed Services portfolio. This is an individual contributor role who shall engage with customers (CSP and non-CSP) and work together with the Sales team to develop the Services Strategy and drive Services sales. You will pro-actively engage with customers, build trust, understand their requirements, develop and effectively articulate compelling value propositions. With the support of the APAC & Global Services Portfolio teams and in alignment with other involved Sales & pre-Sales stakeholders, you will create optimal and highly competitive winning proposals.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
  • Customer engagement and local expertise on MN Services portfolio items including Deployment, NPO, Care and Managed Services.
  • Drives the overall E2E Services strategy plans in alignment with CT team, Delivery team and other pre-Sales stakeholders. Articulates and drives a comprehensive E2E Services Automation strategy.
  • Pro-actively works with APAC and Global Services Portfolio teams and Procurement team to identify and push optimal delivery models, leveraging latest innovation / automation and resulting in competitive costing.
  • Establishes close business relationships with assigned customer(s) executives.
  • Identifies and develop new Services opportunities in assigned customer(s).
  • Executes Services sales push programs in assigned customer(s).
  • Achieves Nokia’s Services financial results for assigned account(s).
  • Owner of Services solution (including scoping, costing, risk identification and provisions) in product proposals (RFPs, pro-active offers) in alignment with Product Solutions owner(s) / Head of Solutions.
  • Solution Owner and Engagement Manager for standalone Services opportunities, including Deployment, NPO, Care and Managed Services.

You have:

  • Proficiency in English and Japanese
  • Management experience in services sales and/or delivery
  • Expertise in Mobile Networks Services Portfolio (Deployment, NPO, Care and Managed Services)
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud, Network/Cyber Security, and Analytics/Cognitive ecosystems

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Familiarity with O&M Standards & Methodologies, including ITIL and TL9000
  • Experience in designing complex customer cases for Operations Transformation
  • Understanding of Outsourcing Business Models and Global Delivery Centers
  • Strong commercial management and negotiation skills
