What a typical day looks like:

• BOM's Management and Implementation.
• Engineering Change Management and Implementation.
• Definition of Manufacturing Process Routes.
• Technical Support to CFTs (Customer Work Teams).
• Management and Control of Drawings and Product Specifications.
• Leading work meetings.
• Support production by assessing product engineering issues of diverse scope that arise on production line.
• Interact with customer and various departments on product related issues – engineering changes, new model development.
• Suggest modification to work instructions, material or product changes to ensure superior quality of products.
• Participate to cost reduction activities in areas like material, inventory, and scrap reduction.
• Provide training to the debug technicians and develop better understanding of the product.
• Leadership.

• Engineering or bachelor’s degree completed.
• Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in NPI
• Experience in Product Lifecycle systems (Agile, Arena, Procom) and MRP System (SAP, Baan).
• Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience using Floor shop systems.
• Knowledge in personnel management experience in ECO´s implementation
• Knowledge in creating and reading BOMs.
• Leadership - Work team management experience.
