Description
Responsibilities - You will triage incoming bugs, analyze logs, reproduce issues and help determine the correct resolvers, the priority of problems, while identifying emerging trends across the reported issues- You will design, develop and automate triaging of incoming bugs- You will drive quality and champion bug fixes by working closely with the development team and participating in root cause analysis.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to use triaging, troubleshooting and debugging techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience working with Git or other source control systems
- Excellent programming skills in Python, Javascript or other languages
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Swift or Objective-C or C/C++
- Experience in building and deploying tools
- Understanding of ML/AI concepts and data analytics
- Web browser experience
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $114,400 and $199,500 annualized, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
