- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product design and experience in consumer mobile products, navigation and wayfinding, or interactive gaming experiences.
- 3 years of experience leading design organizations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience successfully working collaboratively in a technical environment with cross-functional stakeholders in product management, engineering, and marketing.
- Experience working with 3D environments, specifically addressing spatial wayfinding and navigation problems.
- Excellent conceptual and interaction design skills, with a track record of designing and shipping successful consumer experiences in senior leadership roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to listen, frame problems, articulate positions, weigh alternatives, propose solutions, and influence decisions.
- Outstanding product design portfolio, demonstrating clear insights, problem solving, and simple solutions in shipped consumer products.
