- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and develop next-generation media processing pipelines that are highly efficient, scalable, and capable of handling both static and dynamic media assets. Create high-performance NoSQL/SQL database schemas optimized for fast writes and rapid metadata queries.
  • Proven experience leading and growing engineering teams, including hiring, performance management, and team development.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide hands-on technical leadership, including mentoring, guiding, and motivating engineers.
  • Successful track record of leading large-scale engineering projects from inception to production.
  • Experience with Java. Any other JVM or functional languages like Kotlin is a plus.
  • Experience with elastic platforms, Kubernetes-based microservices, and distributed computing architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with data stores such as Cassandra, CockroachDB, Postgres, Redis, or similar technologies.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex workflow systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to convey technical ideas clearly and persuasively to non-technical customers.
  • Strong collaboration skills; experience working effectively with engineers, product managers, designers, and multi-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic mentality; capable of setting a clear vision, seeing the big picture, and driving team and platform growth in alignment with that vision.
  • Solid analytical skills with a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
  • BS in Computer Science plus 10 years of industry experience, or equivalent experience is desirable.
