JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Lead Maintenance Technician here at HoneywellAerospace, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance operations for ourorganization. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning andupkeep of our test and production equipment. With your expertise you will contribute to theoverall efficiency, safety, and reliability of our operations. You will reportdirectly to our facilities Manager, and you'll work out of our Redmond, WAlocation. In this role, you will impact the organization by: programming and troubleshootingnew and existing equipment. Collaborating with Engineering and ProductionMaintenance teams to address maintenance/software issues. Monitoring andanalyzing maintenance data to identify trends and implement continuousimprovement initiatives.

PAY TRANSPARENCY


The annual salary range for this position is $38.37- $47.98. Please note that thiscompensation information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considersvarious factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scopeand responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, educationand training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Ability to program and address software issues
• Ability to work independently using manuals, engineerdrawings or blueprints to solve equipment issues
• Collaborate with Engineers to address maintenance issues
Hands on electrical and mechanical experience
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trendsand implement continuous improvement initiatives


YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 5+ years of equipment and software maintenance
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Mechanical and electrical experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Experience with programming and general maintenance of die bonders, wire bonders, lasers, ovens, and metal deposition machines
  • Software installation and programming
  • Apply strong technical knowledge to solve problems

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant experience with manufacturing maintenance equipment
  • Mechatronics 2 yr degree

  • Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
