As a Senior Presentations Specialist in Global Corporate Finance Operations, you will be responsible for creating and formatting various types of documents such as pitch-books, proposals, and presentations. You will ensure these materials adhere to J.P. Morgan's brand requirements, primarily using the Microsoft Office suite of applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Job responsibilities
- Produce timely presentations demonstrating brand consistency and accuracy through the ability to proof own work
- Engage directly with bankers to ensure understanding of the information and data being shown, exploring the best way to convey it using creativity in terms of color, imagery, layout and infographics
- Encourage and seek feedback to evaluate service standards to ensure positive banker experience
- Embrace and build team relationships both locally and globally, collaborating on projects as required
- Possess passion to enhance presentation proficiencies by utilizing learning & development opportunities and tools
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial industry
- Superior design proficiency / creative minds, experience in brand consistent, precise, and thoroughly vetted for quality presentation
- Strong attention to detail, accurately present financial data and insights
- Ensure professional discretion
- Strong storytelling techniques to effectively communicate message and engage
- Strong organization skills
- A team player and leader and highly collaborative
- Proficient in English language with excellent oral, written, and grammar skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Highly proficient MS Office
- Proficient Adobe Creative Cloud
- Proficient HTML / JavaScript / Web knowledge
- Experience with motion graphics and animation
- Knowledge of video editing software
