Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC), you will have deep domain expertise in HR operations processes and systems. You will be part of the IBM Global Talent Acquisition team and work with Talent Acquisition professionals, HR stakeholders, candidates, and hiring managers. You will be processing transactions and providing support to all-round talent acquisition activities across IBM in Asia Pacific.Additionally, you will collaborate with our internal recruitment and the IBM business unit hiring management teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent experience. You will also work with internal and external stakeholders to drive process development and transformation. Among other things, you will act as the custodian of process on policy from an execution standpoint.
Key roles and responsibilities are:
- Act as a gatekeeper for ensuring all best talents hired from external or internal are following the accurate process and policies.
- Maintain business controls posture consistent with audit outcomes.
- Ensure no missed commitments, including compliance with corporate instructions, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand requirements & resolve concern areas.
- Review and enhance the productivity targets according to the hiring volumes.
- Partner with the various stake holders to maintain the process compliance.
- Deploy innovative methods and creative problem solving to ensure increase in efficiency and accuracy.
- Familiarity with working in a multi-vendor process with exposure to vendor management & assessment.
- Working knowledge of ATS systems.
- Effectively communicate with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. This may include other teams/functions within IBM or external parties like IBM suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the hiring team, candidates, and external agencies.
- Take ownership of maintaining a successful audit posture for IBM across processes managed.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Graduate degree in any stream.
- Proficient in Mandarin language, both written and verbal with clear understanding of e-mail etiquettes.
- Detailed knowledge of MS Office, Excel
- Demonstrate strong, analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in working on TA operations, HR systems or HR operations environment.
