As a Sr. Tech Support Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing technical support for various projects and initiatives within the Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT) business unit. You will be ensuring the successful resolution of technical issues and the delivery of high-quality solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute support plans, ensuring that all technical support requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
- This position will be required to Start/Stop industrial HVAC equipment
- Responsible to take readings on the equipment and all ancillary equipment pertaining to the Central Plants.
- Technician will be taking chemical readings that pertain to the equipment in the Central Plants.
YOU MUST HAVE - Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or related roles
- Strong technical skills and knowledge in industrial HVAC equipment
- Must be willing to help other technicians to solve Energy Plant issues.
- Exceptional attention to details
- Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and a good team player
