Key job responsibilities
• Managing and tracking Requests for Quotes (RFQs)
• Facilitating Work Order (WO) and Change Order (CO) requests
• Submitting Purchase Requests (PRs), as needed
• Track Purchase Order (PO) status
• Deep dive invoicing issues
• Maintaining and tracking the status of contracts, budgets, and spend in Procore
• Implementing and maintaining reports and dashboards
• Writing and maintaining internal and external training material and standard operating procedures (SOPs)A day in the life
In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating program coordination for the AMER DCCD Construction teams. You will be involved in the full life cycle of construction projects including activity from the start of the construction project through project execution and close out. You will work with highly-motivated experts from Engineering, Design, Construction, Procurement, Finance, and Legal to complete key deliverables required to build AWS data centers.About the team

- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Experience working in Procore for Construction Project Management
