Job Description

• Sr. Specialist – HHDDA Operational Excellence Reporting and Metrics Lead
• Develop dashboards and lead a team of Power BI developers and analysts in the design, development, and deployment of interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Power BI solutions.
• Develop and maintain best practices, standards, and guidelines for Power BI dashboard development and data visualization.
• Implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from data sources into Power BI using Power Query and other relevant tools.
• Perform data profiling and analysis to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity in Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members on Power BI development best practices, techniques, and tools.
• Provide solution to build the right product along with KPI identification.
• Identify areas of optimization and enhancement through automation.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Troubleshoot refresh failures in Power BI, analyze performance issues of reports as needed.

Required Skills/Experiences

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8-10 years of proven experience in a role focusing on Microsoft Power BI development and data analysis/modeling; 2-3 years of team handling experience.
• Expert in Power BI Desktop/online, Power Query, DAX, and M Query language.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modelling, and ETL processes.
• Experience/working knowledge of Python and SQL and other data querying languages.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• JavaScript/Python Knowledge a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and provide quick solutions.
• Worked across Global teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Teams, and SharePoint; Jira, Confluence is a plus.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure cloud services.
