As Vice President of Analytics, Commerce at Undertone, you will lead strategic data-driven initiatives, drive actionable insights, and optimize decision-making processes. Leverage your expertise to enhance our commerce analytics, foster cross-functional collaboration, and propel data-driven innovations in the dynamic landscape of digital advertising and commerce retail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the analytics group for the Commerce Media vertical division
- Lead internal client-facing analytics team to provide outcome measurement and campaign insights
- Application and development of data-driven measurement, predictive modeling, personalization and media acquisition/modeling
- Develop proactive and creative measurement and attribution models and methodologies for clients
- Liaison between Undertone and 3rdparty measurement solutions providers
- Work closely with Product, Data, and Engineering to build new measurement solutions and performance optimization solutions
- Interface regularly with Marketing to publish trade articles and establish thought leadership in the market around Analytics and Measurement
- Build a class-leading team of Analytics and Decision Science experts
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in senior analytics roles with specialty knowledge in Retail and CPG verticals
- Strong management and consultative skills
- Familiarity with measurement solutions, digital KPIs and media acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to drive research, planning, development and launch of new measurement solutions
- Deep knowledge of leading category measurement landscape
- Understanding of programmatic media marketplace
- Familiarity with coding (SQL a must)
- Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
