- Understand SAP business model, organization, strategy, and drivers
- Articulate SAP’s value proposition and strategy in an exciting and compelling manner
- Built knowledge of SAPs Talent Discovery Recruiting Model
- Identify, attract, screen, select, and finalize offer processes for candidates
- Partner with the Director of North America Talent Discovery on projects
- Other duties/responsibilities as assigned
