Your career
You will be responsible for pre-sales work proposing the latest SOC platform (Cortex products) to enterprise customers.
Your influence
- You will be a sales engineer in charge of cybersecurity services for the Cortex product group, which is the core of cybersecurity (XDR providing EPP, EDR, NDR, etc., improving security operations using SOAR, SIEM for early detection of cyber attacks and internal fraud threats, attack surface management, etc.).
- When introducing products and services, conducting demos, and conducting PoC verification of the Cortex product group, you will present the technical advantages of our cybersecurity products and provide various technical support.
- You will provide technical consulting to guide customers to appropriate cybersecurity measures according to their industry.
- You will perform sales enablement activities such as product training for existing customers, new customers, in-house account sales/SE departments, marketing departments, and partners.
- You will act as an interface between the sales team and technical support to resolve customers' technical issues.
- You will perform promotional activities such as webinars and product demonstrations at events hosted by our company and in collaboration with partners.
Your experience

Experience in endpoint security (EPP, EDR)
Experience in network security (IPS/IDS, NDR, ZTNA)
Experience in cloud security (AWS, GCP, Azure, CSPM, CWPP)
Experience in SIEM, SOAR
Knowledge and experience in SOC (security operations center) operations
Experience in security services such as vulnerability diagnosis services
Knowledge of malware, exploits, sandboxes, scripts (Python/OS), cloud/virtualization environments
English: Business-level email correspondence, conversational skills at a daily conversation level
