Remain as a Primary Customer Interface for the HPS sales and business development
Achieving sales targets and quotas for designated accounts
Maintaining customer relationships conducive to business
Manage & grow existing accounts, develop new accounts for HPS
Setting & executing the Account Plan for the assigned account to achieve growth
Working very closely with Line of Business (LOB) representatives for customer satisfaction
Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine further growth opportunities
Keyskills and qualifications:
Engineering degree in Control / Electrical & Electronics / Computer / Mechatronics and 6-10 years overall experience in sales
Experience in industrial technology sales, solution selling, consultative selling, experience in doing business with Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) companies, experience in doing business with end users for various vertical markets such as: Power (Conventional & Renewables), Oil & Gas, Chemical, MMM. Experience in UZ market is a plus
Strategic and tactical mind set with passion of Sales & networking skills
Ability to develop and execute strategic account plan & pursuit plan, proven track record of meeting or exceeding Sales targets and ability to manage, lead, negotiate & finalize deals with thorough understanding of contract terms
English - upper intermediate is a must, Uzbek language is a plus
