Responsibilities:

• Process incoming credit requests reviewing for completeness/accuracy, and convert to concise, accurately recorded credit facilities
• Analyze/evaluate credit reports as well as coordinate and follow up on actions plans, implementations, and related defects
• Maintain an executive document to track all request, changes, and action plans performed on credit reports
• Prepare weekly and monthly audit reports and contribute to achieving acceptable audit ratings
• Prepare portfolio and related credit information for internal and external auditors
• Make evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information
• Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedence
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience required
• Experience in credit operations or similar position
• Knowledge of the processes, procedures and systems
• Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Windows domain
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Funciones

• El analista de soporte deberá tener conocimiento de los siguientes temas:
• - ARCM: deberá dar seguimiento, socialización y actualización a las líneas ARCM
• - Control y políticas: deberá dar seguimiento a temas administrativos y de control, así como asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas dentro del área
• - EUC: deberá ejecutar controles de EUCs, así como dar seguimiento a actualizaciones y solicitudes relacionadas
• - Facultamiento e infraestructura: deberá dar atención y seguimiento a las facultades necesarias por el equipo operativo, así como solución a problemáticas de infraestructura
• - Documentación: deberá conocer, crear y actualizar los SLMDs, Documentos de Consulta e Intructivos de Trabajo de la Dirección.
• Realizar el proceso de ausencia obligatoria
• Apoyo a Area de Testing QA

Requisitos

• Manejo en temas de control Riesgo
• Conocimiento en líneas ARCAM avanzado
• Manejo de Excel intermedio (Filtros, formulas, reportes, base de datos)
• Experiencia en Maker-Cheker
• Experiencia en generación/ actualización de instructivos de trabajo
• Experiencia en generacion/ controles de EUCS/ SMLDS Avanzado
• Deseable licenciatura concluida
