JOB ACTIVITIES

  • Aligned to each SBU, 1 for ES and 1 for EDS/CAES. Attend key SBU meetings with T2/T3/T4 leaders.
  • Coordinate and lead the team through a MOS for formal program risk assessments, develop and execute project strategies, execute projects leveraging the indirect spend for the most benefit to Honeywell.
  • Drive and execute Strategic Plans / Projects while supporting engineering strategies with IxD funding, including driving synergies across engineering organizations.
  • Mentor team with respect to continuous process improvements, data-based decisions, and effective communication enabling engineering organizations to have visibility to cost, benefit, and key performance metrics in support of positively impacting the business.
  • Collaborate with engineering, be a change ambassador for organizational initiatives.
  • Communicate on behalf of the SBUs on process, tools and impact from changes.
  • Ensure cross SBU coordination ensuring changes are communicated within the SBUs.
  • Support engineering business integration activities.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
  • Minimum eight (8) years of professional experience in Project Management
