What You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement corporate signal integrity standards and guidelines, defining best practices for signal integrity design, analysis, and testing
  • Collaborate with Electrical Engineers and Layout Engineers to ensure signal integrity is considered in the physical design of circuit boards
  • Work closely with other engineering teams (EMC, Harness, Test, and Thermal Engineering) to integrate signal integrity throughout the product development process
  • Utilize programming languages to automate tasks, including simulation tools and oscilloscope instrumentation
  • Perform signal integrity simulations to identify and resolve potential problems, conducting measurements for validation/correlation
  • Debug signal integrity problems in prototypes and production boards
What You’ll Bring
  • Engineering degree or 3+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Technical depth and breadth in high-speed signal integrity, power integrity, and applied electromagnetics
  • Familiarity with measurement equipment such as VNA, Oscilloscope, SA, etc.
  • Hands on skills in 2D/3D simulation tools (e.g., Ansys AEDT/HFSS/SIWAVE or equivalents)
  • Familiarity with PCB design tools, such as Cadence PCB and Altium
  • Collaborative mindset, working with cross-functional team members from multiple disciplines to reach fact-based decisions
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as MATLAB, Perl or Python
  • Working knowledge of analog and digital circuit analysis is preferred
