Develop and implement corporate signal integrity standards and guidelines, defining best practices for signal integrity design, analysis, and testing
Collaborate with Electrical Engineers and Layout Engineers to ensure signal integrity is considered in the physical design of circuit boards
Work closely with other engineering teams (EMC, Harness, Test, and Thermal Engineering) to integrate signal integrity throughout the product development process
Utilize programming languages to automate tasks, including simulation tools and oscilloscope instrumentation
Perform signal integrity simulations to identify and resolve potential problems, conducting measurements for validation/correlation
Debug signal integrity problems in prototypes and production boards
What You’ll Bring
Engineering degree or 3+ years of relevant industry experience
Technical depth and breadth in high-speed signal integrity, power integrity, and applied electromagnetics
Familiarity with measurement equipment such as VNA, Oscilloscope, SA, etc.
Hands on skills in 2D/3D simulation tools (e.g., Ansys AEDT/HFSS/SIWAVE or equivalents)
Familiarity with PCB design tools, such as Cadence PCB and Altium
Collaborative mindset, working with cross-functional team members from multiple disciplines to reach fact-based decisions
Familiarity with scripting languages such as MATLAB, Perl or Python
Working knowledge of analog and digital circuit analysis is preferred
