In this role you will be leading a group of enthusiastic software engineers, helping them achieve complex tasks using AWS serverless architecture, AWS CDK & Python, ensuring flawless execution from

Develop and grow talent s and define car e er path s through effectivementoringand coaching .

Solve problems in every aspect (personal, professional, technical, procedural, etc.) .

Help guide and contribute to feature design and implementation to bring the product to the

What You Need To Succeed

Have at least 3 years as R&D TL.

5+ years of experience in Python/Java/C#/C++ (Pythonis a definite advantage) .

Experience with at least one Cloud Platform AWS, Azure or Google Cloud(AWSis a definite advantage) .

Good communication skills, fluent in English, good writing skills .

Hands on development .

Experience in enterprise scale application development in cloud/environment (AWS serverless architecture is a definite advantage) .

Strong leadership and ownership skills.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering related field / technology .

Experienced with microservice/event-oriented design and development .

Self-learner, with great technical skills and high attention to details.

Enthusiastic about code quality, architecture, design, testing, and performance .

Advantage:

Experience working with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipeline .

Experienced with modern CI/CD tools, in particular GitHub, Jenkins and Artifactory .

K nowledge in Cloud Serverless Functions.

Working experience with agile methodologies .

Solid understanding of security and networking implementation and best practices.

Desire to use new technologies and understand them in dept
