Qualifications
MS in Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent work experience
10+ years of experience with at least 3+ years working as manager leading applied AI / ML products.
Experience building large scale platforms using at least three of Python, CNNs / Transformers, LLMs, RAG, Dynamic Knowledge Graphs, Hybrid Search, Information Retrieval, etc
- Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
- Relevant experience designing and developing scalable software
- Driven, motivated team player with a “Get the Stuff Done” mentality!
- Possess practical knowledge and appreciation of various aspects of distributed design, including messaging protocols, APIs, caching strategies and autonomous software design practices
- Have extensive experience with metrics and logging libraries and aggregators, data analysis and visualization tools
- Passionate about data-driven decision making, as well as automating anything and everything
- Excellent communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audience
