Role and Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Business Unit Heads to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate expectations.
- Source and identify talent through various channels, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and alignment with role requirements and company culture.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective hiring within agreed timeframes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate weekly and monthly recruitment reports to track hiring progress and performance.
- Draft employment contracts, extend job offers, and conduct onboarding briefings to introduce new hires to company policies, culture, and benefits.
- Demonstrate strong time management and problem-solving skills in handling multiple recruitment projects independently.
- Foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to support company-wide hiring goals.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably with 2–6 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Creative and solutions-oriented; capable of thinking outside the box to overcome challenges.
- Well-organized and adaptable, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Open to candidates with both agency and corporate recruitment backgrounds.
