Provideadministrative support throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding tooffboarding; is responsible for accurate processing of HR transactions andreporting
Partnerwith HR Partners, centers of excellence and other cross-functional teams todeliver excellent service and resolve people issues in a timely and effectivemanner
Identifyopportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partnerwith HR team to develop and implement lasting solutions
Provideadministrative support to HR team on events, projects and programs
Supportshuman resources leadership to formulate, determine, and effectuate managementpolicies regarding HR, including special access to confidential and sensitivepersonnel communication and records
Alignsconduct in performing all job duties and functions with human resourcesleadership goals and objectives, exercising good judgment in all interactionswith Company employees
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’sDegree in Human Resources, or equivalent work experience
Provenplanning and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handlemultiple tasks
2+ yearsof experience in HR or related fields
Strongability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
Maintainsa high degree of professionalism and can interface with all levels of theorganization as a primary point of contact for team
Canmulti-task and work in a fast-paced energetic environment
Worksindependently as well as in a team environment
