Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in designing and developing learning solutions for multiple formats and audiences (e.g., instructor-led training, e-learning, video based training).
Experience in training needs analysis, design, development, and evaluation.
Experience with instructional design principles and processes.
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to build relationships and to collaborate with technical subject matter experts to develop training content and curriculam.
Ability to transfer knowledge and skill development, including explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences.
