Job Description

In this critical role as Part of the quote to cash department, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of our Delivery operations teams, ensuring seamless delivery and a positive experience for both internal and external customers. You will leverage your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to drive performance, Scalability and efficiency. As a collaborative leader, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and develop a dynamic operational process that adapts to changing needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of Delivery operations teams, ensuring the team follows the company policies and procedures.
  • Support team members in resolving complex issues and answer questions from internal and external customers
  • Maintain a continuous focus on customer experience for internal and external customers.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions
  • Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate teamwork and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Order Management, Sales, Revenue, Product, Deal Desk, and IT, to ensure alignment and drive cohesive operational strategies
  • Identify knowledge and operational process gaps through analysis and implementing improvement and action plans.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to revenue operations, and recommend innovative approaches to drive continuous improvement and scalability
  • Manage team information, including training materials, knowledge sharing, and updates on processes/procedures
Qualifications
  • BA or B.Sc. degree in Industrial and Management Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Delivery Operations Team Leader in a B2B SaaS company and knowledge in provisioning licenses products in a SaaS-driven environment
  • Proven experience using Salesforce and Tableau
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
