In this critical role as Part of the quote to cash department, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of our Delivery operations teams, ensuring seamless delivery and a positive experience for both internal and external customers. You will leverage your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to drive performance, Scalability and efficiency. As a collaborative leader, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and develop a dynamic operational process that adapts to changing needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of Delivery operations teams, ensuring the team follows the company policies and procedures.
- Support team members in resolving complex issues and answer questions from internal and external customers
- Maintain a continuous focus on customer experience for internal and external customers.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions
- Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate teamwork and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Order Management, Sales, Revenue, Product, Deal Desk, and IT, to ensure alignment and drive cohesive operational strategies
- Identify knowledge and operational process gaps through analysis and implementing improvement and action plans.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to revenue operations, and recommend innovative approaches to drive continuous improvement and scalability
- Manage team information, including training materials, knowledge sharing, and updates on processes/procedures
