Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with agencies of different sizes and specializations.
Experience working with B and C-level agency executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Experience with Google's advertising products and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, DV360) to promote and support.
Experience with tools like Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) platforms for managing relationships and tracking.
Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain relationships with agency partners with excellent relationships with key decision-makers at agencies.
Ability to communicate in English fluently, one other SEA language (e.g., Indonesian/Thai/Vietnamese) to support client relationship management in SEA.
