Manage multiple engineering work efforts including development of java client, service and SailPoint IdentityIQ workflow functionality to meet customer user provisioning requirements.
Understand and be able to explain in layman terms Citi’s user provisioning lifecycle and architecture
Provide technical demonstrations to application teams describing Citi’s provisioning framework.
Understand and be able to apply as needed the key technical offerings with respect to SailPoint user provisioning
Think on your feet, question any thing that does not make sense, think about process improvement
Follow the SSDLC (Secure Software Development Lifecycle) which includes: peer-based code reviews, good code repository maintenance, maven integration, secure coding practices, package management, etc.
Maintain strict JIRA hygiene with respect to tracking engineering work efforts and tasks.
Maintain engineering artifacts for each work effort including: release notes, test case details, etc.
Be able to work independently on project assignments
Raise issues and questions if something doesn't seem right or does not make sense
Be receptive to and be willing to give feedback to bolster team resiliency and efficacy
Be an active and engaged participant on all required calls.
