What you'll do:

• Hire, coach and lead a high performing software engineering team

• Collaborate with Product, UX and Business teams on roadmap development and prioritization.

• Develop architectural vision for your team's systems and services, collaborating with principal engineers in the organization.

• Drive the entire software lifecycle, from inception to launch, to deliver high quality products on time, on budget.

• Own your team's operational excellence, develop and drive plans for quality and operational improvements.

• Collaborate with multiple technology teams to ensure APIs and system interfaces are designed to meet the long term program goals.

• Create a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, speed, innovation, and learning.

What you'll bring:

• Have an entrepreneurial mindset that focuses on putting the customer first

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience

• 3+ years of Software Development Management experience

• Hands-on experience designing and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions integrated with LLM in production environments.

• Proficiency in Python, AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Transformers, LangChain, etc, and LLM techniques such as prompt engineering, RAG, fine tuning, etc.

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms.

• Strong knowledge of AIOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/CDK, and MLflow, for deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD workflows.

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
